Allah (SWT) says:
﴾كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَارَكٌ لِّيَدَّبَّرُوا آيَاتِهِ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ﴿
“This is a blessed Book We have revealed to you so that they may contemplate its verses and those of understanding may be mindful.”
Qur’an 38:29

Allah ﷻ also says
﴾أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ﴿
“Surely, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find comfort.”
Qur’an 13:28

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said
“Recite the Qur’an, for it will come on the Day of Resurrection as an intercessor for its companions.”
Sahih Muslim

And he ﷺ said
“The best of you are those who learn the Qur’an and teach it.” -Sahih al-Bukhari
